I Applied. What Now?
After you have applied, you will receive an email confirming that your application was received. Any students who apply for our virtual or onsite program will be placed on a waitlist and notified as soon as a spot becomes available. We recently opened new slots, so quick enrollment is available!

Registration
Initial enrollment is completed through Aspire, our student information system, and must be completed within 48 hours of being notified that your child was accepted into Ignite. Once you have enrolled in Aspire, you will be sent a link to complete electronic registration documents. Registration is not complete until all required student documentation is collected. You will need to provide copies of your child’s legal birth certificate and immunization record through the electronic document link Kindergarten parents must also provide proof of vision screening by a professional provider.
Failure to complete registration documents within the time frame allowed will result in your child’s spot being forfeited to the next child on the waiting list. If you have extenuating circumstances regarding form completion, please email our registrar, Jeana Hales, at jhales@igniteutah.org
According to Utah state law, if a student is transferring from one school to another, you must obtain approval from the child’s previous/next school as well as from IEA. Transfer forms are part of the registration packet. IEA will approve the transfer upon receiving notice from the other school.

IEA can admit the following number of kids:
Total school-wide Maximum Enrollment: 600
Ignite Virtual (IV) Program: *Total enrollment for virtual learners cannot exceed 30% of total student enrollment which is 180 students.
